Not only the most active role in our organization, fostering is also a role that constantly opens up. As our rescues capture the hearts of our applicants, sometimes the foster families form a bond that they do not want to break.
Fostering with Louisiana Husky Rescue is:
- Rehabilitating pups as needed
- Training pups as needed
- Socializing pups
- Exercising pups
- House Train pups
- Crate Train pups
- Maintain medical needs
- PROVIDE CONSTANT LOVE
- Help promote pup to be adopted
- Communicate/update with staff
DO NOT APPLY OR FOSTER WITH US IF:
- You are PICKY about pups in your home
- You are NOT willing to WORK WITH the pup
- You are IMPATIENT
- You CANNOT COMMIT to helping the rescue get adjusted
- You CANNOT COMMUNICATE with staff
